These Terms of Service cover your use of zextai.ca, operated by Ayraa Informatics Inc. in Ontario, Canada. They do not govern paid work - that is covered by the written agreement for the engagement, which takes precedence over anything here. Last updated September 2026.

By accessing and using the ZextAI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ZextAI provides artificial intelligence consulting, automation, training and related technology services. Prices and timelines shown on this site are starting prices for the scope described. The specific scope, deliverables, price and schedule of each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or Statement of Work before work begins.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties about its completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability. Nothing here constitutes professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and nothing on this website is a binding offer. 4. AI and technology disclaimer
AI-powered solutions and automated systems may produce results that require human review and validation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI implementations. Results vary with data quality, implementation specifics and business context. Every system we build is delivered with written guardrails describing what it may decide on its own and what it must hand to a person, and those guardrails exist precisely because automated output needs a human in the loop.
5. Funding programs
Information about government funding programs is provided for orientation only. We are not the applicant, we do not file applications, and we do not decide eligibility. Programs change their terms regularly. Always confirm current terms with the program before relying on them, and take advice from a licensed grant consultant. We may introduce you to one; that introduction is not advice and carries no guarantee of an outcome.
6. Testimonials and case studies
Any testimonials and case studies on this website describe individual engagements and use figures the client approved. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and your outcomes may differ based on your circumstances. We do not publish invented statistics, testimonials or client logos.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Ayraa Informatics Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Client deliverables and ownership rights are specified in individual project agreements. Deliverables from paid work belong to the client on payment - that includes audit plans: you paid for them, you own them, and you may hand them to another developer.
8. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using our services, not to misuse our platform, and to comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of any engagement. Anything you tell us in an enquiry or a call is treated as confidential and is not shared outside Ayraa Informatics Inc. without your permission. Where an engagement needs more than that, we will sign your NDA. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
10. Payment terms
Payment terms, including rates, schedules and methods, are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.
11. External links and service availability
This website contains links to external websites, including government funding program pages. We have no control over their content, privacy policies or practices and accept no responsibility for them. We work to keep this website and our services available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control.
