AI Employee

One agent doing one defined job on your own tools, with someone accountable for it.

What you get

  • One agent configured to do one named job, end to end, on the tools you already pay for
  • Written guardrails: what it is allowed to do on its own and what it must hand to a person
  • Monitoring, so you can see what it did and correct it
  • A monthly tuning session as your business changes

Who it is for

Businesses that already know which repetitive job is costing them the most — usually quotes, order entry, supplier email, scheduling or document handling.

How it works

  1. We define the job in writing first

Exactly what it does, what it is allowed to decide on its own, and what it must hand to a person. You sign off before we build.

  2. We build it on your tools

Two to three weeks, on the systems you already pay for, with access scoped to that one job.

  3. We watch it and tune it

You see what it did and can correct it. We fix it when a supplier changes a form, and adjust it monthly as the work changes.

Price and how long it takes

$3,500

From $3,500 to set up, then $400 per month managed.

Two to three weeks to set up

Often eligible under RTRI or COJG — we will help you check, and introduce you to a consultant who files it. See the programs

Questions

What does "one job" mean?
Something you could describe to a new hire in a paragraph. "Read the supplier emails, pull out the line items, put them in the system, flag anything that does not match the purchase order." Narrow jobs work. "Handle our operations" does not.
Does this replace someone?
In practice it takes the part of the job nobody wanted. We will tell you honestly what it can and cannot take over before you commit.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
The guardrails decide that up front. Anything uncertain goes to a person rather than being guessed at, and every action is logged so you can see what happened.
Whose tools does it run on?
Yours. We build on the systems you already use rather than moving you onto ours. You are not locked in, and if you end the engagement the work stays with you.
What is the $400 a month actually for?
Monitoring, fixing it when a supplier changes a form or a vendor changes an API, and a monthly session to adjust it. Software that touches real work needs someone looking after it.
Can we start without the audit?
Yes, if you already know the job. If you are not sure which one to pick, the audit is the cheaper way to find out.

What happens next

Once the first job is running and you trust it, the second one is faster and cheaper because the plumbing is already there.
