ZextAI is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captioning. This statement sets out what we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong. Last updated September 2026.

1. The standard we build to

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Information and Communications Standard, and we apply it to the public site rather than only to the pages that are legally in scope for a business of our size.

2. What is actually checked, not just intended

Automated accessibility tests run against every page on every build, and a failure blocks the release. Text and interface colours are checked by computing real contrast ratios from the stylesheet, so a colour cannot be changed to something unreadable without the build failing. Pages are built from semantic HTML with a single main landmark, headings in order, visible focus outlines, and form fields tied to their labels and error messages. The FAQ sections are native disclosure elements, so they work with JavaScript unavailable.

3. Known limitations

Automated testing catches roughly a third to a half of accessibility problems. It does not tell us whether wording is clear, whether a reading order makes sense, or whether a task is genuinely completable with a screen reader, and this site has not yet been tested by people who use assistive technology day to day. The booking calendar on our /book page is supplied by a third party and we do not control its markup; if it is a barrier, email or phone us and we will book the time for you. We have not yet published an accessible-format version of our written proposals.

4. Telling us about a barrier

Email contact@zextai.ca and describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. You do not need to identify the technical cause. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to tell you either when it will be fixed or why it will not be. If you need any information on this site in an alternative accessible format, ask and we will provide it at no additional cost.

5. Feedback that is not resolved

If our response does not resolve the issue, say so and it will be reviewed by the business owner directly rather than by the same person who answered first. Ayraa Informatics Inc. is an Ontario business and is subject to the AODA.
