How it works

  1. We ask what your team actually does

    A short call beforehand so the day uses your tools and your documents rather than generic examples.

  2. Everyone automates something real

    People work on their own tasks for most of the day. If nobody automates something from their own week, the workshop has failed.

  3. You leave with a 30-day plan

    Written, with a named owner against each item, plus the documentation your COJG application needs from us.

$3,000 half-day, $5,000 full day. Up to 15 people.

Questions

Is this a slide deck about AI?
No. People work on their own files and their own tasks for most of the day. If nobody automates something real, the workshop has failed.
What if my team is not technical?
That is the usual case and the material assumes it. No coding, no jargon, nothing that needs IT to set up afterwards.
Can the Canada-Ontario Job Grant pay for this?
COJG covers a large share of third-party training costs for Ontario employers, and this is the kind of training it is meant for. We will give you the documentation your application needs. You apply, not us, and eligibility is the funder’s decision.
Half day or full day?
Half a day works for one team with a clear focus. Take the full day if you have people from several departments, because their work is different enough to need the time.
What do we need to have ready?
Laptops, the tools you already use, and a couple of real tasks per person. We handle everything else.
Do you run this remotely?
In person works better for this format. We will do it remotely if your team is distributed, and we will say so if we think it will not work for you.

What happens next

Attendees often spot a job worth automating properly. That usually becomes an audit for their department.
