AI Readiness Audit

Find the three jobs worth automating, and what each one is worth to you.

What you get

  • A map of how work actually moves through your business, drawn from talking to the people who do it
  • The three tasks worth automating first, ranked, with an estimate of hours and dollars for each
  • What it would cost and how long it would take to build each one
  • A 60-minute readout with you and your team, and the written plan afterwards

Who it is for

Businesses of 5 to 100 people in Ontario that run on email, spreadsheets and a handful of SaaS tools, where the same administrative work comes back every week.

How it works

  1. We talk to the people doing the work

Three or four short conversations, about four hours of your team’s time in total. Not a questionnaire and not a workshop.

  2. We map how work actually moves

Where things wait, where they get retyped, and where one person is the only one who knows how it is done.

  3. You get the ranked plan and a readout

The three jobs worth automating first, with hours, dollars and build cost against each, walked through in 60 minutes.

Price and how long it takes

$1,500

Fixed price, up to 20 staff. $2,500 for 21 to 100 staff.

One week

Often eligible under RTRI or COJG — we will help you check, and introduce you to a consultant who files it. See the programs

Questions

What do I actually get at the end of the week?
A written plan you could hand to any competent developer, plus a 60-minute session walking your team through it. Not a slide deck about the future of AI.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. The audit runs on conversations and screenshots. If you later ask us to build something, access is scoped to that one job and agreed in writing first.
How much of my team’s time does this take?
About four hours in total, usually three or four short conversations with the people who do the repetitive work. We work around your schedule, not the other way round.
What if the answer is that we should not automate anything yet?
Then that is what the plan says, and we will tell you what to fix first instead. It has happened. You keep the map either way.
Can this be covered by a government program?
Sometimes. Ontario employers often qualify under programs like RTRI, and we will help you check and introduce you to a licensed grant consultant who files the application. We are not the applicant and we do not decide eligibility.
Why is the price fixed?
Because you should know what this costs before you agree to it. If your business is more complicated than we expected, that is our problem, not your invoice.

What happens next

Most clients pick one item off the plan and we build it as an AI Employee. Some take the plan and do it in-house. That is a fine outcome and the plan is written so you can.
