Who you actually work with
Prof. Rajesh Bandi brings 19+ years of industry delivery together with 9+ years of post-secondary teaching. As Project Director of AI/ML at BigLynx, he leads cross-functional teams of 10 to 30 building intelligent systems - RAG pipelines, LLM features, and vector-search platforms. He teaches computer science, cloud, and cybersecurity at Conestoga College and Loyalist College, bridging real-world enterprise delivery with future-ready talent. His expertise spans AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud (AWS/Azure), and project management (Agile/Scrum).
Credentials
PMP - Project Management Professional, a globally recognised certification in project management practice and leadership. Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), validating working knowledge of Scrum and the Scrum Master role. Currently teaching at Conestoga College and Loyalist College in Ontario. Why one person is an advantage here
Agencies staff projects with whoever is free. On a two-week engagement that means you spend the first week explaining your business to someone who will not be there for the second. Here, the person who scopes the work is the person who does it and the person you call when something breaks - and that person has spent 19 years delivering systems and 9 years explaining them to people who had never seen one. The trade-off is honest: capacity is limited, so not every project is a fit, and you will be told when it is not.
How the work is priced
Fixed prices, published on the site. If a project turns out to be more complicated than expected, that is absorbed rather than invoiced. Anything genuinely outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts, never after.
